Our Position

At GoodMark Global, all sales are considered final. Once a product has left our showroom or been dispatched from our store, it cannot be returned or replaced under any circumstance, except as expressly covered under a valid manufacturer warranty or as required by a recognised warranty entity.

No Refund Policy

GoodMark Global does not offer refunds on any product once it has been removed from our premises or delivered to the customer. This applies to all categories including cameras, drones, lighting equipment, audio gear, and accessories.

We strongly advise all customers to inspect and test every product at the point of purchase or upon delivery before accepting, request a live demonstration in-store before completing a purchase, and confirm all accessories, documentation, and original packaging are present before leaving the showroom or signing off on any delivery.

Warranty Coverage

While we do not offer refunds, products that develop a fault covered under the manufacturer’s warranty will be handled through the applicable warranty process. In such cases, the manufacturer or their authorised service entity — not GoodMark Global — determines the outcome, which may include repair or replacement at their discretion.

To initiate a warranty claim, contact us with your proof of purchase and a clear description of the fault at info@goodmarkglobal.com.

Exceptions

A replacement or exchange may be considered only in the following strictly limited circumstances:

  • The product was confirmed as defective or dead-on-arrival (DOA) at the point of collection or delivery, documented before it left our presence.
  • The claim is supported by and processed through a recognised manufacturer warranty entity.

Any such exception is entirely at the discretion of GoodMark Global management.

No Exceptions Outside These Terms

Change of mind, incompatibility with other equipment, or dissatisfaction with performance after purchase does not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund. GoodMark Global is not liable for any loss arising from a purchase once the product has left our showroom.
