All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate. We accept payment via Paystack, which supports debit/credit cards and bank transfers. Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully received. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery timelines and fees vary by location and will be displayed at checkout. GoodMark Global is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:
- Defective or damaged upon arrival
- Significantly different from the product described on our website
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all accessories and documentation included. Custom orders and software licences are non-refundable. To initiate a return, contact us at support@goodmarkglobal.com within the return window. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
6. Warranty
All products sold by GoodMark Global are genuine and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product. GoodMark Global will assist with warranty claims but is not the warranty provider. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and product descriptions is the property of GoodMark Global or its suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
GoodMark Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products purchased, beyond the value of the order in question. Our website is provided on an “as is” basis and we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
